Yard Sale at Segerstrom Preserve - July 21
Find a vintage treasure and support a local nature preserve! Folks of all ages are welcome to at the first and last yard sale at KELT’s Segerstrom Preserve. The sale will run from 8am to 2pm, rain or shine. A wide array of offerings from the farmhouse will be on sale and all proceeds will go toward protecting wildlife and caring for trails on the preserve.
Story Book Walks - July 11, 18, 25 and August 1
Exploring nature through story! KELT is teaming up with Patten Free Library to host four programs. Each will offer farm and garden themed stories and outdoor activities for children 6 years old and younger. Young children and chaperoning adults will have the opportunity to explore the wonders of nature!
Trail Volunteer Day - July 28
Help KELT maintain trails at the Merrymeeting Fields Preserve in Woolwich, from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Learn how to prevent wet feet and protect trails from erosion through the use of bog bridges and water bars.
