Come Experience KELT Untapped

KELT has a happy hour event with Bath Brewing Company!

This informal chat will be a chance for folks to discuss topics they've been curious about with local experts, learn more, and have a beverage (or two).

At the third KELT Untapped, we will chat about foraging and fungi!

This month we're joined by Jon Carver, co-owner of North Spore

Jon’s interest in mushrooms was sparked at a young age, and he grew up foraging wild mushrooms with his father. That passion continued throughout his life and resulted in him earning a MS degree in Mycology, the study of fungi. At North Spore, Jon is the Lead Mycologist and manages the mushroom cultures and focuses on researching new wild mushrooms for the company to potentially cultivate in the future. He is sure to have all the answers to your fungi queries!
