Bring your own jar as we process and simmer our locally grown elderberries with sugar and spice to create a flavorful syrup you can take home! As we cook, we will explore how this remarkable native plant supports pollinators and local wildlife, helps improve biodiversity, and produces an abundant harvest of berries that can be transformed into syrups, jams, and other seasonal treats.
