Welcome Rhyan! KELT's Summer Crew Coordinator

We are happy to introduce to you, Rhyan Paquereau.

Between now and October, he will help with the coordination of stewardship work for the Regional Field Team (a collaboration between four organizations: The Nature Conservancy, Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust, Phippsburg Land Trust and the Kennebec Estuary Land Trust) along side Stewardship Coordinator, Cheri Brunault.

About Rhyan:

I am from Biddeford, Maine, and share the same passion for the outdoors as my fellow KELT staff members. In May of this year, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Parks & Forest Resources from Unity College, with plans to pursue a career in stewardship for land trusts. In past positions, I have worked for the Coastal Mountains Land Trust of Camden, Maine, as a stewardship intern and with Maine Coast Heritage Trust as an assistant trail steward.

What intrigues me most about working with KELT is the opportunity to expand my knowledge and skill set while also working to protect and steward valuable coastal resources. I am excited to learn more about the region and to help serve the community through numerous avenues such as stewardship, education, and outreach.
